Morning/midday: Arrival

- Arrive at Naankuse Lodge, approximately 30 to 45 minutes from Windhoek or Hosea Kutako International Airport.
- Check in and settle into your luxury chalet or villa overlooking the beautiful savannah landscape.
- Enjoy a welcome drink and orientation from lodge staff.

Afternoon: Leisure and optional activity

- Enjoy a relaxing lunch at the lodge restaurant (not included).
- Spend the afternoon unwinding by the pool, birdwatching, or taking a short self-guided walk around the lodge grounds.
- Optional activity: Join a Cheetah Walk or Carnivore Feeding Tour (book in advance).

Evening: Dinner and stargazing

- Delight in a 3-course dinner at the lodge restaurant featuring Namibian-inspired dishes.
- After dinner, enjoy stargazing — Naankuse’s remote location offers breathtaking night skies.

Day 2

Discover the Roots of Naankuse

Discover the Roots of Naankuse

After an early breakfast, depart for your “Discover the Roots of Naankuse” activity (usually starts around 8:00 to 8:30 AM).

Have an encounter with baboons, caracals, lions, cheetahs, African wild dogs and leopards, led by a knowledgeable guide and be captivated by their tales.

Midday: Lunch

- Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation (lunch not included).

Afternoon: Departure or optional add-on

Depending on your travel plans, enjoy a few quiet hours at the pool or schedule an optional afternoon activity, such as:
- Sunset game drive – spot giraffes, antelopes, and other wildlife while enjoying sundowners.
- Rhino tracking or more (ask us about it).
