Day 1

Your adventure begins after breakfast in Arusha. Depart at around 8:00am for Tarangire National Park, a drive of approximately two and a half hours through picturesque Masai plains dotted with acacia trees and traditional villages.
Upon arrival, you will enter the park for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and more than 550 bird species. The Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, attracts animals throughout the year, offering excellent photographic opportunities.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and continue your exploration in the afternoon. Later, you will drive to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay near Tarangire.

Day 2
Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most breathtaking natural wonders. You will descend 600m (2,000ft) into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor.
This area, often called the Garden of Eden, is home to an exceptional concentration of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and the rare black rhino. The crater’s permanent water sources also attract large numbers of flamingos and other bird species.
You will enjoy your picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls and driving back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.

Day 3
Arusha to Olpopongi Maasai Village to Airport
Arusha to Olpopongi Maasai Village to Airport
After breakfast, you will embark on a cultural journey to Olpopongi Maasai village, located about one and a half to two hours west of Arusha. This authentic Maasai experience offers a fascinating insight into the traditional life of the Maasai people, including their customs, houses (bomas), dances and jewelry.
You will be warmly welcomed by Maasai elders, enjoy a guided village tour, visit the small museum and share stories over a traditional Maasai lunch.
Later in the afternoon, you will drive back to Arusha or proceed directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
