Day 1

This morning, your guide will collect you from your hotel and you’ll set off toward the heart of the Serengeti. Enjoy a scenic drive to the Central Serengeti, where the endless plains and abundant wildlife await. A packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during your adventure in the park.

The Serengeti is a wildlife haven, home to large prides of lions, agile cheetahs, elusive leopards, and massive herds of wildebeest. It’s one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations and an excellent place to encounter the legendary Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. The park also hosts part of the Great Wildebeest Migration as it moves toward the northern plains.

Your day will be filled with game drives in search of wildlife encounters and incredible photo opportunities. In the evening, you will retire to your tented lodge for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2

Central to Northern Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll set off early for the northern Serengeti, heading toward the Kogatende–Masai Mara region, where you’ll spend the night. Packed lunches will be provided for the journey. You’ll have two full days to explore this spectacular area and fully immerse yourself in its wildlife wonders.

From July to early October, the northern Serengeti offers one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles, the Great Migration. Thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes make their daring crossing of the Mara River, while crocodiles lurk below and predators await nearby, creating an unforgettable scene.

The day’s highlight will be an exciting game drive in search of wildlife across the vast savannah. In the evening, you’ll return to your tented lodge for dinner and an overnight stay amidst the sounds of the wild.

Day 3

After breakfast, you’ll set out for a full-day game drive in the northern Serengeti, where your focus will be witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings as thousands of wildebeest and zebras push through the waters during their migration.

From July to early October, this region offers some of the best opportunities to experience the Great Migration up close. Watch as massive herds brave the river’s strong currents and hungry crocodiles in one of nature’s most thrilling spectacles.

In the late afternoon, you’ll begin your journey back to the central Serengeti, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night at a comfortable safari camp, surrounded by the wild beauty of the savannah.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll depart your lodge and make your way to the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders, this ancient volcanic caldera was formed nearly three million years ago. With a depth of 610 meters and spanning 260 square kilometers, the crater is a natural sanctuary for an incredible concentration of wildlife, around 25,000 animals live here year-round.

During your game drive on the crater floor, you’ll have the chance to spot zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, elephants, and more than 500 bird species. With a bit of luck, you may also encounter the endangered black rhino, a rare and unforgettable sight.

Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery before ascending the crater rim in the afternoon. You’ll then return to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
