Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park

You will be picked up from the airport or Nairobi hotel by our representative. After a briefing on your safari, proceed northwest of Nairobi to Naivasha. Have a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and then proceed to Naivasha for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride (optional, at an additional cost) and possibly a visit to Crescent Island (a park where you can walk among the animals).

This is one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya and is often called Naivasha's best-kept secret. In the evening, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Spend the full day exploring Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is rich in wildlife and particularly a stronghold for rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and hundreds of bird species. Enjoy game viewing throughout the day. Dinner and overnight are at the hotel/camp.

Nakuru to Masai Mara

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a game drive en route to the exit of the park as you proceed to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. After a brief stopover in Narok, proceed to the hotel/camp for lunch. Later, proceed on an afternoon game-viewing drive. The Masai Mara National Reserve is a protected savannah area in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos. Wildebeest traverse their plains during their annual migration. Dinner and overnight are at the hotel/camp.

Full day in Masai Mara

After breakfast, proceed to a full day of game viewing. Visit the Mara River lookout, famous for the wildebeest crossings during the annual wildebeest migration. Break for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, where you get to see hippos and crocodiles. Afterward, proceed to search for game as you explore to find the elusive cats. Dinner and overnight are at the hotel/camp.
