Wonderful safari and everything was very well arranged.
I went with my 19 year old son and we had a wonderful time! The safari was well organized and everything was perfectly on time. Linus communicated very well with us and was very helpful. I would do it again!

Helpful and flexible tour operator
Linus was very helpful and showed flexibility with the itinerary when we suffered a flight cancellation and arrived about a day later than planned.
He created a new itinerary for us and even awaited us at the airport. Overall we had a great experience, even though we couldn’t do our planned trip.

Amazing Experience
We booked a private safari, and it was an incredible experience. It wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely worth it. We took a lot of beautiful photos and were even lucky enough to see a leopard approaching our vehicle. Even the driver was amazed because it was such a rare sight.
The road from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara is quite demanding, but our driver was driving like a mix of crazy and pro! 😂 Communication with him was smooth throughout the trip, and we really enjoyed the experience.
If I could change anything about our safari, I would definitely spend a couple more nights at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. This place is amazing — wonderful food and an incredible view.
Highly recommended!
Personalised Tours and Safaris are an excellent tour operator. They provided us fantastic service.
Our tour guide and driver Anthony, provided us great customer care and great knowledge-led game drives. Anthony and Linus were friendly and flexible when we had to make changes to our plans and itinerary to suit the 5 and 2 year old boys in our holiday team.
Anthony and Linus made the safari a truly memorable one for the whole family - and we were a mixed bag comprising the old and the young plus those who had been on safari before and those who were on their first one.
Overally great experience.
