Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up from the airport or your hotel in Nairobi by our representative. After a briefing on your safari, you will proceed southwest to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. After a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, proceed to Narok for an early lunch. Later, proceed for a game-viewing drive en route to the hotel/camp.

The Masai Mara National Reserve is a protected savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos. Wildebeest traverse their plains during their annual migration. Dinner and overnight are at the hotel/camp.

Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, proceed for a full day of game viewing. Visit the Mara River lookout, famous for the wildebeest crossings during the annual wildebeest migration. Break for picnic lunch at the hippo pool, where you get to see hippos and crocodiles. Afterwards, proceed to explore as you search for the elusive cats. Dinner and overnight are at the hotel/camp.
