1-Day Banana Beer Making Experience

6:00 AM – Depart from Kigali with your friendly guide, Claude.
8:30 AM – You arrive at the center. Here, you’re greeted by Dorotiya, Claude helps translate her words, allowing you to connect deeply despite the language difference. Her smile and energy instantly make you feel at home.
9:00 AM – Dorotiya begins by showing you how to select the perfect ripe bananas. You’ll be involved as she extracts the juice, strains it through dried grass, and prepares it for fermentation, transforming simple fruit into banana beer.
11:00 AM – Under Dorotiya’s guidance, you’ll help mash the bananas, mix them with local sorghum, and learn the secret of natural fermentation.
1:00 PM –Sit down to enjoy a meal after take a community Walk.
In the evening drive back to Kigali with a drop off at your hotel.
