Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After a short morning briefing at your hotel in Arusha, which will also serve as your pickup point, you will set off towards Tarangire National Park. Renowned for its vast savannahs, iconic baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and lagoons, the park is famous for its enormous elephant herds. Animals gather around the life-giving Tarangire River, and you may spot a variety of mammals, from giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests to the uniquely shaped gerenuk and fringe-eared oryx. The park is also home to buffalo, zebras, and wildebeests, often closely followed by predators such as lions. From the open roof of your safari vehicle, you will have the perfect vantage point to take in the landscape and observe the wildlife. By late afternoon, you will arrive at your lodge.
