1-Day Explore Ngorongoro Crater Wonders in Just A-Day

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Sky Extra driver guide will meet you at your hotel in Arusha or at the airport between 6:00 am. A packed lunch box will be provided before beginning the journey. The drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, with your guide pointing out interesting sights along the way.

Upon arrival, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, renowned as the home of the Big 5. This is one of the best places in Africa to spot the rare black rhino. Expect around 5 to 6 hours of game viewing, with opportunities to encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, and many other species in this unique ecosystem.
In the afternoon, enjoy a hot lunch at the Ngoitoktok Picnic Area, located on the crater rim beside a hippo pool. Your guide will be on hand to assist and ensure you have a comfortable and memorable experience. You will drive back to Arusha or the airport in the early evening. The drop-off location will depend on your travel schedule.
