1-Day Okavango Plains Mokoro Trip

• You'll be collected from the airport.

On this safari you will be picked up early at Maun and then driven to the Okavango Delta, which is about a 1.5 hours drive away. Even during this drive you will be able to get to know the vast biodiversity of the Delta. As soon you arrive at your destination, you will be welcomed by our partner's dynamic crew who will brief you and equip you with supplies. After that, you will get the chance to explore the Delta waterway on a traditional dug-out canoe. The chances of spotting amphibious animals like hippopotamuses or crocodiles are high. After this excursion you will be having a bush walk with an experienced guide who will teach you the basic skills of this activity. As soon as you savely arrive back at the car you are going to have a debrief as well as a sundowner before heading back to Maun. On this drive you will have another chance of witnessing the Delta in the glimmering afternoon sun.
