After breakfast, depart Serengeti National Park, enjoying one last game drive as you traverse the vast plains teeming with wildlife. Ascend the scenic slopes toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area, witnessing the rich diversity of landscapes en route. Descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a chance to spot rhinos, lions, and other members of the Big Five. Pause midday for a delightful picnic lunch near Ngoitoktok Springs, an oasis frequented by hippos and a variety of birdlife, offering a tranquil break with wonderful views. After lunch, ascend the crater rim and drive through lush highlands, heading back toward Arusha. Arrive in Arusha by evening, where your memorable northern Tanzania safari adventure concludes without an overnight stay.
