The Tarangire River—an essential water source that attracts a wide range of animals, including zebras, giraffes, buffalo, lions, cheetahs, and gazelles, offering outstanding opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.

Game Drives Into The Heart of Ngorongoro Crater

On your final day, you will depart early in the morning, the perfect time to spot both small and big cats as they are most active before the day warms up. Your adventure begins with a drive to the Ngorongoro main gate for registration, followed by a short stop at the stunning Crater Viewpoint. Enjoy the sweeping views before descending 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari experience.

Often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the Crater is a natural sanctuary home to over 30,000 animals, including Africa’s legendary Big Five. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, jackals, hyenas, topis, elands, and, with a bit of luck, the elusive leopard or rare black rhino.

After a fulfilling day of game drives and a picnic lunch on the Crater floor, you will journey back to Arusha in the evening for drop-off at your hotel or airport.
