Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park.

Enjoy a full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. Famous for its iconic baobab trees and one of the highest concentrations of elephants in East Africa, Tarangire offers excellent opportunities to spot lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a diverse array of birdlife. The Tarangire River, which flows throughout the year, attracts a wide variety of wildlife, making it one of the best places for game viewing.

After an exciting day exploring the park and its incredible wildlife, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Start the day with an early wake-up and breakfast before heading into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic crater in the world. Home to an estimated 30,000 large mammals, the crater’s natural borders create a wildlife-rich environment. Here, you may encounter the Big Five—including the African black rhino—along with hyenas, zebras, elephants, and many other species.

After an unforgettable game drive, you’ll return to Arusha, and transfer to zanzibar.
