Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins! A guide will pick you up from your lodge in or around Arusha and transfer you to the balloon launch site in Tarangire National Park. Begin your day before sunrise and ascend gently into the sky for a magical one-hour hot air balloon safari. From above, watch herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife moving across the vast savannah and along the Tarangire River—an unforgettable perspective of Africa’s wilderness.

After landing, enjoy a private game drive through the park. Famous for its iconic baobab trees and one of the highest concentrations of elephants in East Africa, Tarangire also offers sightings of lions, leopards, buffalo, wildebeests, and a diverse array of birdlife.
