After breakfast, continue your adventure north toward the remote Northern Serengeti, where the Mara River winds through dramatic landscapes. This area offers excellent wildlife viewing year-round and is the stage for the Great Migration river crossings (July–October). Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting elephants, giraffes, and possibly crocodiles or hippos along the river. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the Northern Serengeti for dinner and overnight amid the sounds of the wild.

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most stunning wildlife destinations. Enjoy a game drive on the crater floor, where you may spot the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and black rhino—alongside countless other species. After a picnic lunch in the crater, drive back to Arusha in the late afternoon, arriving by evening to end your safari adventure.
