Spend the day exploring the Ndutu plains, one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife areas. Depending on the season, this is where the Great Migration gathers — thousands of wildebeest and zebras covering the land, followed closely by lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Your guide will take you through diverse habitats, from acacia woodlands to open savannah, offering excellent photography and game-viewing opportunities. Return to your camp in the evening for relaxation and a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart Ndutu and head toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater floor for a memorable half-day game drive, where you might encounter elephants, hippos, buffalos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst breathtaking scenery before driving back to Arusha in the afternoon, where you’ll check in to your hotel for the night.

Materuni Waterfalls

On your final day, travel to the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro to visit Materuni Village. Take a short hike through tropical vegetation to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, and learn about traditional coffee cultivation and processing with the local Chagga community.
