Tarangire National Park

Your guide will pick you up from your Arusha hotel at 8:00 am, then drive for 3 hours to Tarangire National Park, where you will have a full-day game drive. Later, you will drive to the hotel in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park is 115 km from Arusha and covers 2,800 km². The wild animals drink water from the Tarangire River, where the name "Tarangire" comes from. The park has major attractions, including large numbers of elephants, tree-climbing lions, pythons, and baobab trees. You will also be able to see lions, leopards, and other animals in this beautiful park.

You'll arrive in Central Serengeti and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park’s vast plains after having lunch, where you can spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and wildebeest. Return to your lodge for a delicious dinner and overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti.
