After breakfast, meet your guide and depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive through local villages and the picturesque Tanzanian countryside before arriving at one of the country’s most wildlife-rich parks. Set out on an exciting game drive across vast savannahs dotted with ancient baobab trees. Tarangire is renowned for its impressive elephant populations and is also home to lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and numerous bird species.
Pause for a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your afternoon wildlife viewing. Explore different habitats and take in the park’s peaceful atmosphere as animals gather near water sources. After an early breakfast at your lodge, you’ll begin your journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the highlands and spot wildlife roaming freely across the vast plains even before you enter the Serengeti. The drive itself is a true safari experience, with chances to see zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and perhaps even predators on the move.
Upon arrival at the Serengeti, you’ll head straight for an afternoon game drive, a perfect time to see lions, elephants, and other wildlife. Later, continue to your lodge or tented camp inside the park for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the magical sounds of the Serengeti wilderness.
