Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today you will be welcomed by our team at the airport or arusha hotel. You will then meet your driver-guide before setting off toward Tarangire National Park to begin your exciting safari experience. After a brief introduction with your guide, your journey continues directly to Tarangire for game viewing and a picnic lunch.

Tarangire National Park takes its name from the Tarangire River, the only reliable water source for wildlife during the dry season. The park is famed for its impressive elephant populations, towering baobab trees, and the unique tree-climbing African pythons. After your game drive, you will head to your lodge or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in the evening at lake manyara.

Lake Manyara National Park-Arusha

Begin your day with an early breakfast before being picked up from your lodge at around 7:00 a.m. for a short drive to the entrance of Lake Manyara National Park. Your morning game drive will take you along the base of the Great Rift Valley, where you will explore a landscape teeming with wildlife. Manyara is home to a wide range of animals, including tree-climbing lions, hippos, elephants, zebras, buffalo, giraffes, baboons, blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, and warthogs. The park also hosts around 350 recorded bird species, supported by five distinct vegetation zones that enrich its biodiversity.

Savor spectacular views from the escarpment before descending into the park for more wildlife encounters. Lake Manyara is especially famed for its large flocks of flamingos that gather along the shimmering lake.

After lunch, you will visit a Maasai village to experience vibrant culture then drive directly back to Airport for your drop-off, in time for your evening departure or at your hotel.
