Day 1

Your day begins with an early pick-up from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, followed by a scenic drive through Maasai country toward Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, you start a morning game drive across baobab-dotted plains in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions and varied birdlife. Around midday you stop for a relaxing picnic lunch at a viewpoint inside the park. In the afternoon, you continue exploring along the Tarangire River, where wildlife gathers to drink before beginning your return drive, arriving back in Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport by early evening.
