Day 1

Your adventure begins with an early pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar, followed by a smooth transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport. After a short flight to Arusha, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our professional guide, who will give you a brief orientation before you embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire is renowned for its majestic baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, and an incredible concentration of wildlife—most famously, its large herds of African elephants. Keep your eyes open for lions, leopards, cheetahs, and a wide variety of birdlife as you explore this spectacular park.

After enjoying a relaxing picnic lunch inside the park, your journey continues with an afternoon game drive, offering more chances to witness Tarangire’s rich wildlife and beautiful landscapes. As the day winds down, you’ll head to the charming Ngedere Lodge and Camp, where a warm dinner and a peaceful night’s rest await.

After breakfast, you’ll set out with a packed lunch for an early morning game drive, your last opportunity to soak in the Serengeti’s breathtaking landscapes, sweeping plains and unforgettable wildlife moments.

Later, you’ll begin your scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying even more wildlife sightings along the way as the landscape gradually transforms.
