Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha early in the morning and depart for Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch boxes. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, giant baobab trees and diverse wildlife. During the game drive, you may spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes and many bird species along the Tarangire River. The park offers excellent wildlife viewing throughout the year, especially during the dry season when animals gather near the river. After the game drive, you will drive to the campsite for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife conservation areas. Descend into the crater for a game drive with picnic lunch served inside the park. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, hippos and the rare black rhino. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, Ngorongoro offers one of the best safari experiences in Tanzania. In the late afternoon, you will return to Arusha and be dropped off at your hotel.
