Day 1

Tarangire National Park

Today, you will depart for Tarangire and enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. This park is famous for its large herds sometimes up to 300 elephants digging into the dry riverbed in search of underground water. You’ll also encounter wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, and elands gathered around the shrinking lagoons. Tarangire becomes a refuge for many migratory animals during the dry season and is especially known as a haven for elephants. Dinner and overnight will be at the arranged lodge.

After an early breakfast, your driver-guide will transfer you from the camp to Serengeti National Park. Embark on a journey across the park’s vast open plains beneath its breathtaking skies. Enjoy a wonderful game drive, later return to your accommodation for overnight stay.

Central Serengeti National Park

Wake up early for a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, where you may encounter wildebeest, lions, elephants, leopards, impalas, gazelles, cheetahs, and possibly even the wildebeest migration. After brunch, pack your luggage and depart for Ngorongoro, enjoying an en-route game drive along the way. Arrive late in the evening at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim, for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a six-hour game drive, searching for the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and possibly a black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok Spring, where you can also spot other wildlife such as hippopotamuses, giraffes, warthogs, baboons, and a variety of birds. After approximately six hours, ascend the crater rim and begin the journey back to Arusha, with an en-route game drive through Mto wa Mbu village. In the evening, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha or at the airport.
