You’ll start the day with a delicious breakfast at 7:00 am. Afterward, you’ll travel to Lake Manyara National Park, situated at the foot of the Great Rift Valley. Renowned for its varied landscapes, the park is home to iconic treeclimbing lions, elephants, giraffes, and numerous bird species that gather around the alkaline waters of Lake Manyara. You’ll enjoy an exciting game drive, taking in the park’s lush forests and open savannahs.
By 4:00 PM, your game drive will come to an end, and you’ll drive to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park

Pick up at 6:30 AM from your logde in Karatu and proceed towards Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in in the morning enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy early breakfast and meet your guide to have a last morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, later depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area with en-route game drive and picnic lunch. Ngorongoro is a special conservation area and not a National Park. The whole area is managed for both animals and local Maasai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife.

Day 4

Game Drive Ngorongoro Crater & back to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the crater, enjoy 5 hours game drive in the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino.
Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor.
Late afternoon drive back to Arusha and drop off at your hotel.
