You'll be arriving in the morning at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred to Tarangire National Park. Early arrival is recommended to maximize your safari experience.
The scenic drive takes approximately two and a half hours, passing through the heart of Tanzania’s stunning landscapes. Upon arrival, your guide will assist with park registration before embarking on your first game drive.
Tarangire National Park is renowned for its rich biodiversity and large elephant populations. Its varied landscapes range from seasonal swamps to open savannah, with the Tarangire River flowing through the park. You might witness a lion stalking its prey or spot leopards lounging in the branches above.
In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy your packed lunch inside the park. By 4:00 PM, your game drive will come to an end, and you’ll drive to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park

Pick up at 6:30 AM from your lodge in Karatu and proceed towards Serengeti National Park, passing through the beautiful highland farmlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa—the Serengeti National Park—with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see.
We continue towards the central Serengeti, one of the park’s richest wildlife areas, featuring the Seronera River, an important water source that attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Upon arrival, enjoy an exciting game drive through the Serengeti, with a picnic lunch served in a designated area within the park.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy an early breakfast before meeting your guide for an extended morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, depart towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an en-route game drive and picnic lunch.
Ngorongoro is a unique conservation area rather than a national park. It is managed to support both wildlife conservation and the livelihoods of the local Maasai communities, who live in the area and graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife.

Day 4

After breakfast, descend into the crater, enjoy 5 hours game drive in the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino.
Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its huge population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard. We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor.
Late afternoon drive back to Arusha and drop off at your hotel.
