Day 1

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to QENP

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to QENP

On arrival at Entebbe Airport, you will be met by an assigned Maraka Tours driver guide. Hoping it will be early morning we will immediately transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP. We will travel through Fort Portal Tourism City and reach Queen Elizabeth NP at around midday. We’ll check in, have lunch and straight away go for a two hours launch trip on the Kazinga channel. Here we’ll see all the animals at close range from the waterside because they will have come to quench their thirst in the afternoon. A late afternoon game drive will be conducted after the launch trip.
After drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After a very early breakfast, we shall transfer to Bwidi INP, and does an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park en-route to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The scenic route runs through a luxuriant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms. On arrival in Bwindi check in your lodge, freshen up and relax at your patio as you wait for dinner and get prepare for the next days strenuous activity.

Day 3

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable NP

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable NP

This is the big day of gorilla tracking. After an early morning breakfast, drive to the office for Bwindi impenetrable forest NP for pre-briefing at 7.30 am and at 8.30am you will start the trek guided by an armed ranger. After finding the gorillas you will spend with them a maximum 1 hour. All visitors are expected back to the starting point by 7pm. Gorilla trekking is a very strenuous exercise in a very rugged slippery terrain so, being physically fit is recommended and a porter becomes a necessity.

Day 4

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Early in the morning we shall enjoy a hot breakfast then you’ll leave for Lake Mburo National Park. You will have lunch in Mbarara City before you continue to Lake Mburo, a smaller but unique park, and the only one in the western part of Uganda with impalas and zebras. Upon arrival a late afternoon game drive will be conducted in this Park code named; ‘The Whispers of the Wild’.

Day 5

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport

Early morning we will go for a game walk. After go back to the lodge for a late breakfast. Thereafter, we’ll embark on the last part of the journey which will bring us to Entebbe International Airport. On the way back after Masaka there will be an opportunity to stop at the equator for hot lunch, photo shoots and buying souvenirs. We will bring you directly to Entebbe International Airport.
You will be in time for your departure time back to your home. You will be pondering over the pristine beauty of Uganda and the memorable experiences that will last for long.
