Drive from Arusha to Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)

Program of the Day: Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or from your hotel in Arusha, we will pick you up at 07:30 AM & drive to the southern plains of Serengeti, specifically the Ndutu region. This area offers exceptional wildlife viewing during the green season (December to April) when the great migration herds gather for calving.

Located in the southern plains of Serengeti, the Ndutu area is a spectacular wildlife region especially famous from December to Early April when the Great Migration herds gather to give birth. The open grasslands and acacia woodlands attract thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles along with predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Ndutu offers excellent off-road game viewing, allowing you to get closer to the action and experience one of nature’s greatest spectacles up close.

Program of the Day: After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in the renowned Southern Serengeti, specifically the Ndutu region, famed for its breathtaking wildlife spectacles.

Ndutu is one of the most special regions of the Serengeti ecosystem, located within the Southern Serengeti Area. This area is famous for hosting the Great Migration during the months of December to Erly April, when thousands (When birth of more than 8,000 wildebeest calves of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles gather to calve each day) and graze on the rich grass plains. This creates incredible opportunities to witness newborn wildlife, dramatic predator action, and stunning open landscapes.

The terrain here is open and scenic, making wildlife viewing easy and very rewarding. Ndutu is also one of the few places in the Serengeti where you are allowed to go off-road, allowing your guide to position the vehicle closer to wildlife for exceptional photography and unforgettable moments.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha City or Airport for your Flight back home or to Another destination

Program of Day: After breakfast, we will make the way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and we will descend inside the crater with a picnic lunch box for a magical game drive. Once we finish game drive, we will transfer you to Arusha City or Airport for your flight back home or to another destination.

Ngorongoro conservation Area is the one of the world UNESCO Heritage sites and one of the Natural wonders of Africa and it consists largest, uninterrupted caldera in the world and about 30,000 large mammals reside here year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos. Inside the crater you will have a great chance to explore the spectacular lands carps, relax in a new environment, spotting all big five Animals and Bird species like flamingo in the crater lakes. Be ready to see many varieties wild animals here within a minute.
