Nairobi to Masai Mara

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi. After meeting your friendly guide, you will travel through the Great Rift Valley, enjoying scenic viewpoints and brief stops along the way. Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for lunch, then settle in before heading out for your first exciting afternoon game drive.

As you drive through the vast open plains, look out for elephants, giraffes, antelopes, and the big cats that make the Mara so famous. Return to camp for dinner and a cozy evening around the fireplace.

After breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive exploring the heart of the Masai Mara. With your packed picnic lunch, you will venture deeper into the reserve in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and, during migration season, massive wildebeest herds.

Visit key attractions such as the Mara River, known for dramatic crocodile-filled crossings during the great migration (July to October). Enjoy your picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your afternoon exploration. Return to camp in the early evening to relax, share stories of the day, and enjoy dinner prepared by the camp team.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

Begin your return journey to Nairobi with an expected arrival in the late afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your enriching Masai Mara adventure.
