Nairobi- Lake Nakuru national Prk

You'll be picked up at your hotel in Nairobi or Airport then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. To be able to catch a glimpse of Rift Valley’s view, we will stop over at the viewpoint. Lake Nakuru is a home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the rhino and also home to Columbus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelopes. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at. Arrive in Nakuru on time for hot lunch then have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Lake Nakuru-Maasai Mara National Park

After breakfast, we will drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in Masai Mara on time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive. This is the most visited and perhaps the most beautiful of all the country’s game reserves. Lying at an altitude of 1650m (5414ft), it covers an area of 1,510sq km (almost 600sq miles) and forms the northern extension of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The Mara is a Maasai word meaning spotted or dappled. It is a mosaic of rolling grassland dominated by red oat grass, small bush-covered hills and along the Mara River and its tributaries flowing towards Lake Victoria, riverine bush and forest. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.

Maasai Mara

Today we'll have a full-day game drive in Mara with a picnic lunch provided. Members of the “Big Five” (lion, leopard, African elephant, Cape buffalo, and black rhinoceros) are found in the Masai Mara. After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the campsite.
