Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly greeted by our representative, who will assist with your luggage and escort you to your hotel in Arusha, Tanzania’s safari capital.

The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax and recover from your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful lodge gardens or unwind by the pool. In the evening, savor a delightful welcome dinner, where you will meet your safari guide and receive a brief overview of the adventure ahead.

Your Tanzanian safari begins in earnest tomorrow as you set off to explore the breathtaking landscapes and rich wildlife of Tarangire National Park.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodge at 7:30 AM by your safari guide and begin a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. The journey winds through charming rural villages, local farmlands, and offers sweeping views of the Great Rift Valley.

Upon arrival, enjoy your first game drive through Tarangire’s rolling savannahs, iconic ancient baobab trees, and seasonal swamps. The park is famed for its large elephant herds and rich wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a remarkable variety of birdlife.
