Day 2

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife throughout the year. During the game drive, you may encounter lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and a wide variety of bird species. The crater floor is home to elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
