Day 1

Your safari begins with an early morning transfer to the airport for a scenic flight into the Serengeti from Zanzibar, offering breathtaking aerial views of Tanzania’s vast landscapes. Upon landing at the airstrip, you will be met by your professional safari guide and begin your first game drive straight away. The central Serengeti is renowned for its rich wildlife concentrations, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of plains game. After enjoying a picnic lunch in the park, you will continue exploring the endless plains before heading to your tented camp in the evening to relax, enjoy dinner, and listen to the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you depart the Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying wildlife sightings along the way. As you reach the crater rim, you are treated to spectacular views before descending 600 meters to the crater floor for a game drive. This natural sanctuary is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhinoceros. A picnic lunch is enjoyed near a hippo pool, followed by further exploration of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the late afternoon, you ascend from the crater and drive to your lodge near the rim area for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Tarangire National Park

On your final day, you travel to Tarangire National Park after breakfast, a park famous for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds. You spend the day on a game drive through varied landscapes of riverbeds, woodlands, and open plains, spotting wildlife such as lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and an impressive variety of bird species. After a picnic lunch inside the park, you enjoy your last moments of game viewing before exiting the park in the late afternoon and driving back to Arusha onward to the airport, marking the end of your memorable safari adventure.
