Arusha- Tarangire national Park

This morning you will start your Journey to Tarangire National park. Tarangire is one of Tanzania's largest national parks and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lion, leopard, cheetah and up to six thousand elephant. Overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge.

After breakfast you will have a full day to further explore Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is surprisingly large with an incredible diversity of landscapes and vegetation. Many people are blown away by its beauty. A day spent discovering all the peaceful animal hiding spots our guides know so well, will never be regretted! Today you will end your day with a night game drive in Tarangire. This will be a very unique experience. Overnight at Karatu Villas Lodge.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Today you will journey into the heart of this amazing, wonderous crater. Spend the full day within the crater floor. Ngorongoro is unique in that almost all the wildlife live within the crater walls hence you have the opportunity to find game easily. Rhino can be seen regularly as well as prides of lion and Enjoy a half day game drive in the crater.

After lunch you commerce to famous game parks in Africa, the Serengeti. Here is home to millions of wildebeest during the migration and over the huge flat plains you are likely to find lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena and many other small predators.
All afternoon will be spent on game drive before enjoying dinner and the experience of sleeping in the middle of the Serengeti dinner and overnight at the Camp.

You have another full day in this wonderful park and your guide will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year. You can spend time at the Hippo pool, watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions or be in the middle of the migration. You can journey from the wide open plains to the kopjes, these volcanic rocky outcrops provide protection and shelter for a wide variety of animals and from the top we can look out across the vast grasslands of the Serengeti. This diverse and interesting landscape will provide us with the ultimate in game viewing.
Overnight at Tented camp Seronera, Serengeti.

Today you have a full day to explore the Serengeti including making your way to Northern Serengeti. Your guide will choose the best wildlife viewing locations for the time of year. From the months of October northern Serengeti should be home to the famous migration of wildebeest and zebra. You might even be lucky to see them crossing the river into Kenya which is a spectacular site to see, if you are in the right place at the right time.

Day 7

This morning you will journey to Lake Natron. Take a few hours to rest at the campsite before climbing the volcano at night. The climb begins around midnight so you reach the top by sunrise. This is a challenging climb however extremely rewarding views once you make it to the top. Full day drive today with some on route game drive.

Today you can spend the time resting from your climb on take one of the many activities around the area. After lunch you driver to lake shore visiting Lake Natron’s sparkling shores, seeing the millions of flamingos and visiting the nearby waterfalls.

This morning you will drive to a Maasai owned lodge in West Kilimanjaro which is located on a hill with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru and Longido. You will relax and enjoy the facilities (incl. Pool) after the long journey. Evening sundowner while experiencing Spear throwing activity with some of the Maasai worriers.
