Arrival in the Morning & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Morning: Arrival at Kigali International Airport, our representative will welcome you and assist you through the immigration procedures and luggage collection.

An option to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial Center (Extra fee for audiovisual guide equipment) and later proceed to Musanze.

You'll have lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing, which starts at 7:00 am. During the briefing, you are assigned to a specific gorilla group with a park guide and ranger.

Porters are available at the start point. It's recommended to hire someone to support with your backpack during the trek. It's also a way of supporting the local community.

You'll spend 1 hour with the majestic giants before descending back to the lodge to freshen up and have lunch.

Golden Monkey Trekking/Departure

You'll have an early breakfast followed by check out before transferring to the park headquarters for a briefing. After the briefing, you'll transfer to the start point for the golden monkeys. You are estimated to return by 11:00 am, freshen up, and proceed to Kigali with a lunch stopover at a recommended restaurant.

Later, you'll proceed to Kigali International Airport for departure.
