1-Day A Kingdom Carved by Nature-Ngorongoro Crater

Depart early from Arusha for a scenic drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through rolling highlands and dramatic landscapes before reaching the crater rim. From here, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a vast ancient caldera that forms a natural sanctuary for an extraordinary variety of wildlife.

Spend the day exploring the crater floor, home to lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and abundant birdlife, with a chance to spot the endangered black rhinoceros. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature before ascending the rim and returning to Arusha in the late afternoon, carrying memories of one of Africa’s most remarkable places.
