You will be transferred from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport, where you will fly into the Ndutu Airstrip. You will be warmly welcomed by your professional driver-guide at the airstrip, where you will begin your first exciting game drive through the wildlife-rich Ndutu plains.
Famous for the Great Migration calving season from December to March, Ndutu is home to thousands of wildebeest and zebra gathering to give birth, attracting high concentrations of predators including lions, cheetahs, hyenas and leopards.
You will enjoy a picnic lunch during your game drive, before continuing with an afternoon game drive across the Ndutu plains. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to Tanzania Bush Camps, where you will enjoy a warm dinner and a comfortable overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2

Today will be dedicated to a full-day safari across the remarkable Ndutu plains, one of the most important wildlife areas during the Great Migration calving season, when thousands of wildebeest give birth across the open grasslands.
You will follow the herds across the short-grass plains, where predator action is at its peak. Expect excellent chances to see lions, cheetahs, hyenas and leopards interacting with the migration. The wide, open landscape offers excellent visibility and ideal photography opportunities for unforgettable wildlife moments.
A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the bush, keeping you close to the action throughout the day. In the evening, after an exciting safari, you will return to Tanzania bush Camp for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
*For an additional fee, you can enhance your experience with the option of a hot air balloon safari, giving you a birds-eye view of the breathtaking scenery and herds of wildlife moving across the savannah*.

On your final day, you will enjoy breakfast before departing Ndutu and heading toward the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most iconic natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will descend into the crater for a half-day game drive, exploring its rich wildlife floor, home to an incredible concentration of animals within a unique enclosed ecosystem.
The crater floor is home to elephants, zebras, buffalo, hippos and an impressive concentration of predators, as well as the endangered and protected black rhino.
Around midday, you will enjoy a picnic lunch beside the scenic hippo pool, surrounded by incredible views. You will then ascend the crater and start your journey to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable 3-day safari.
