After breakfast at Jackleberry Safari Camp, guests embark on a full day of Chobe wildlife experiences. The day is designed to immerse guests in the rich biodiversity and scenic beauty of the region, combining guided activities and leisure time at the camp.

Activities for the day may include:

Morning Game Drive – Explore the Chobe National Park in a 4x4 vehicle with an experienced guide, spotting elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and other wildlife.

Boat Cruise on the Chobe River – Enjoy an afternoon cruise along the river, viewing hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birdlife against a spectacular sunset backdrop.

After an early breakfast, guests will embark on a full day game drive in Chobe National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Traveling in an open 4x4 safari vehicle with a knowledgeable guide, guests will have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitats.

Highlights of the day may include:

Elephants – Chobe is famous for its large elephant herds.

Predators – Lions, leopards, and hyenas may be spotted during drives.

Plains Game – Buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species.

Day 4

From Chobe to the Delta | Safari Journey

From Chobe to the Delta | Safari Journey

After breakfast at the lodge in Kasane, guests will be transferred to Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Upon arrival in Maun, guests will be met by a camp representative to Xaoo Tented Camp.

Upon arrival at Xaoo Tented Camp, guests are welcomed and given time to settle into their tents and explore the camp surroundings. The afternoon is free to relax, enjoy the scenery, or take a short guided nature walk or bird-watching activity, depending on the camp schedule.

Evening concludes with sundowners and dinner under the stars, immersed in the tranquility of the Okavango Delta.

Morning Game Drive – Set out early in an open 4x4 to spot elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, and plains game in their natural habitat.

Mokoro (Canoe) Safari – Experience the Delta’s waterways on a traditional dugout canoe, guided by local polers, and enjoy close encounters with birds, hippos, and the wetland ecosystem.

Victoria Falls Airport – for departures via Zimbabwe.
