Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) – Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by a Seresafari Africa representative holding a personalized welcome sign.

You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, your guide will provide a safari briefing and answer any questions before your adventure begins.

Arusha National Park - Karatu

After an early breakfast, your Seresafari Africa guide will pick you up and drive to Arusha National Park for a full-day game drive. Nestled at the foot of Mount Meru, the park is renowned for its diverse landscapes, including lush forests, open grasslands, the beautiful Momella Lakes, and the Ngurdoto Crater. During your game drive, you may encounter giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks, flamingos, and the rare black-and-white colobus monkeys. The park also offers spectacular views of Mount Meru and, on clear days, Mount Kilimanjaro.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, depart for Karatu, where you will check in to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Karatu – Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart Karatu and journey through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area on your way to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Highlands before descending onto the endless plains of the Serengeti, one of Africa's most iconic wildlife destinations.

Upon entering the park, begin an exciting en-route game drive, searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, and a variety of antelope and bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park while surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness. Continue your afternoon game drive as you make your way to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha Airport

After breakfast, while carrying our lunch boxes, we will start our beautiful journey to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. We will descend into the crater and watch the majestic view of the crater and wildlife. Once we finish the game drive, we will transfer you to the Arusha Airport, where the safari ends.

Travelers visiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area can enjoy several incredible and unique experiences, such as exploring its volcanic craters (one of which is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world), viewing the dense wildlife populations, including Africa's Big Five, and observing the Ngorongoro's abundance.
