Day 2

After breakfast, set out on your journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park. Travel through the lush farmlands of Karatu and into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at the Ngorongoro Gate for registration and photo opportunities. Continue to the crater viewpoint, where you’ll enjoy sweeping panoramic views and insightful explanations from your guide. As you descend from the highlands, the landscape transforms dramatically into the vast, endless plains of the Serengeti. Enter the park through Naabi Hill Gate, stop for lunch, and then begin your afternoon game drive in the wildlife-rich Seronera region, known for its permanent water sources. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large grazing herds spread across the golden plains. Continue your game drive through the late morning before making your way back across the central Serengeti, encountering more wildlife along the route. After collecting your belongings at camp, continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at your crater-rim campsite in time for dinner and an overnight stay.
