Top of the falls hike and game drive

Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from Kampala for the scenic drive north to Murchison Falls National Park. On arrival, enjoy lunch before heading out to hike to the Top of the Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge and plunges into a thunderous cascade. In the late afternoon, set off on your first game drive, exploring the savannah for elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and lions. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Game Drives and boat cruise

Rise early for a morning game drive, the best time to spot predators and grazers in action. After breakfast, embark on a boat trip along the Nile to the base of the falls, where hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife thrive along the riverbanks. Lunch is served at the lodge before heading out again for a late afternoon game drive, offering another chance to encounter Uganda’s incredible wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Rhino Tracking and game drive

After breakfast, set out for a final morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, offering one last chance to spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antelopes, and perhaps lions or leopards as the savannah comes alive. After this rewarding wildlife experience, depart for Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Uganda where you can track rhinos on foot. Accompanied by expert guides, you’ll walk through the sanctuary’s bushland to observe these magnificent creatures up close, completing the Big Five adventure. Following the rhino tracking, enjoy lunch en route before continuing the drive back through Uganda’s countryside. Arrive in Kampala and proceed to Entebbe International Airport in the evening, where your memorable safari concludes with drop-off in entebbe for your onward flight.
