Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve

Start your day with an early breakfast at 6:30 am before departing for a full-day game drive. This is a highlight of the safari, with the chance to see the “Big Five,” particularly the elusive big cats. You will visit the famous Mara River, where the Great Migration occurs, and enjoy a guided tour by the rangers to observe Nile crocodiles and hippo families. A picnic lunch will be served under a tree in the park, overlooking the vast Mara landscapes.

The Masai Mara hosts one of nature’s most spectacular events: the Great Migration. Each year, millions of wildebeest and zebras move from the Serengeti in Tanzania in search of water and pasture, followed closely by the savanna’s predators, including lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.
