You will be warmly picked up from your hotel and set off toward the iconic Amboseli National Park, leaving the city behind as the landscape slowly transforms into wide-open spaces. The drive carries you across the vast Athi Plains, where the horizon feels endless and anticipation builds with every mile. A brief stop at the lively Emali town offers a moment to pause before the road turns rugged, guiding you closer to the wild heart of Amboseli. By midday, you arrive at your lodge, welcomed by sweeping views and the promise of the wilderness. After checking in and enjoying a relaxing lunch, the afternoon invites you into the park for your first exhilarating game drive where elephants roam freely beneath the towering presence of Mount Kilimanjaro. As the sun begins to set, you return to your lodge for a comforting dinner.

Full Day In Amboseli National Park

After breakfast. Leave your camp/lodge with packed lunch. Today you will have a full day exploring Amboseli National Park. The park features a mix of savannah, wetlands, and woodlands, which supports a wide variety of wildlife. Aside from elephants, it’s home to over 400 species of birds, including flamingos and vultures, and other wildlife like lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and buffaloes. The park's ecosystem is largely supported by the underground waters from Mount Kilimanjaro that surface in the wetland areas, attracting large concentrations of animals, especially in the dry season.
Return to your camp/lodge for your dinner and overnight stay.
