Early in the morning, at 6:00 am (pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for the 8:00 am flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti.
Upon your arrival at Kogatende Airstrip at 11:00 am, our driver-guide will pick you up and proceed with a game drive in Northern Serengeti. You will stop for lunch at a picnic site inside the park and proceed with the game drive until evening. Afterward, you will head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site, occupying an area of around 15,000 km² (5,800 mi²). It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and some 500 bird species. This area is teeming with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the Dry season. Additionally, the northern Serengeti supports abundant resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and rare oribi antelopes.

Day 2
Northern Serengeti - Central Serengeti
Northern Serengeti - Central Serengeti
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Northern Serengeti, taking advantage of the cooler hours when wildlife is most active. Spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras, and capture stunning photographs of the sunrise over the vast savannah. After a mid-morning break or brunch at the camp, depart for an afternoon drive heading south to Central Serengeti (Seronera area). Along the way, your guide will point out resident wildlife, scenic viewpoints, and interesting landscapes, including acacia woodlands and river crossings. Keep an eye out for predators on the hunt, as this area is rich with big cats and other wildlife. Arrive at your Central Serengeti camp in the late afternoon, where you can relax, enjoy sundowner drinks, and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Serengeti plains.

Day 3
Drive from central to Ngorongoro Crater then drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar

You will depart from your accommodation after breakfast at 6:00 am for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes about 3 hours to reach the Ngorongoro gate. You will embark on a full-day crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar, which departs at 4:30 pm. Upon arrival at 5:30 pm, our driver will meet and transfer you to your hotel.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its natural and cultural significance. Once you descend into the crater, you will have an excellent chance to spot the Big Five animals (lions, buffalos, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos). You will also see bird species like flamingos in the crater lakes and marvel at the spectacular natural environment inside the crater. Be ready to spot many varieties of wild animals within a short timeframe.
