Expect sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and predators such as lions and cheetahs, with your guide sharing fascinating insights about animal behavior and the ecosystem. Spend a full day discovering the Mara’s rich biodiversity. Begin with a morning game drive, when lions, cheetahs, and leopards are most active. Return to the lodge for brunch and a short rest before heading out for an afternoon game drive, possibly spotting hyenas, jackals, or rare antelope species. Optional activities include an early morning hot air balloon safari, floating over the savannah with wildlife spotting from above, followed by a champagne bush breakfast (at an extra cost). Another option is a visit to a Maasai village, where you can meet local families, learn traditional dances, and understand their deep connection to the land. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart the Mara and drive to the Tanzania border at Isebania. After border formalities, continue into Tanzania, passing scenic villages, acacia woodlands, and vast plains. Enter Serengeti National Park, the birthplace of the Great Migration, and enjoy a game drive en route to your midrange tented camp. The Serengeti is known for its endless horizons and abundant wildlife, and even en route you may spot elephants, giraffes, or wildebeest. Arrive at the camp in the late afternoon, relax with tea or coffee, and take a short evening game drive to spot nocturnal animals. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater floor hosts a dense population of wildlife in a spectacular setting: lions lounging in the grass, herds of elephants moving between watering holes, and if lucky, the rare black rhino. Learn from your guide about predator-prey dynamics, crater geology, and conservation efforts. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or the airport, concluding your safari.
