Arusha to Tarangire National Park for Game Drives

Our safari guide from our office will pick you up from the hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park for the game drive for wildlife sighting while carrying lunch boxes. Once you finish the game drive, we will transfer you to the lodge, where you will stop for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

The park is named after the Tarangire River, which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. The park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river. You may also see giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. Lunch will be at a picnic site inside the park.

Lake Eyasi for Cultural Experience

Program: Once you have enjoyed breakfast, our safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi, where you will meet the Hadzabe tribe. This tribe is famous for their exceptional hunting skills, and they will invite you along on a hunting trip to witness their skills in action. From here, we travel onwards and meet another tribe, the Datoga. This tribe is renowned for being skilled blacksmiths. Stretch your legs as you walk around Lake Eyasi and visit the local village.

After all these exciting activities, we will return to Arusha Town and your safari guide will drop you at Clock Tower or at your own booked hotel. This is the point where our service ends.
