Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari representative and transferred to your budget hotel in Arusha. After check-in, you will have time to relax from your journey. In the evening, a safari briefing will be provided, explaining the itinerary, park rules, and what to expect during the adventure.

Day 2
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, begin a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and seasonal Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife including giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and numerous bird species. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to the nearby Mto wa Mbu or Karatu area.

After breakfast, depart toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with beautiful views of the highlands. Along the way, you may spot Maasai villages and grazing wildlife. Upon entering Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, home to large herds of wildebeest and zebras as well as predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

This day is dedicated to exploring Serengeti in depth. After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. With more time in the park, you have excellent chances to witness hunting scenes, large predator prides, and the incredible diversity of wildlife that makes Serengeti world-famous. The open landscapes also offer fantastic photography opportunities.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, when animals are most active and the light is ideal for photography. After breakfast, continue wildlife viewing as you slowly drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the afternoon, ascend the Ngorongoro Highlands, enjoying cooler temperatures and scenic views.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including rhinos, lions, buffalo, and flamingos. After lunch, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for an evening game drive. The park is known for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, and lush groundwater forest. Dinner and overnight in the Lake Manyara area.

After breakfast, transfer to Materuni Village at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided hike through lush greenery to the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, where you can relax and swim in the natural pool. Later, participate in a traditional coffee-making experience with the Chagga community, learning how coffee is grown, roasted, and prepared locally. After lunch, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
