Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and scenic landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees. Enjoy an extensive game drive along the Tarangire River, where animals gather throughout the day. Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and diverse birdlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park before continuing to Karatu.

Another full day is dedicated to tracking the migration herds across the Ndutu and southern Serengeti plains. Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart Ndutu and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a remarkable game drive within this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor hosts an extraordinary density of wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, flamingos, buffalo, and the endangered black rhino. Later, ascend the crater rim and continue to Karatu.
