Enchanting Drive From Arusha to Tarangire National Park

In the morning, your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, passing through scenic Maasai plains dotted with acacia trees. Along the way, you may see Maasai communities and traditional daily life.

A Graceful Transition From Tarangire to Ndutu

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, crossing the scenic highlands to the Ndutu area, where today’s game drive begins. Ndutu is a key area of the Great Migration from December to March when large herds gather for fresh grazing and predators are often nearby. From January, this region becomes the main calving area for wildebeest, offering exceptional wildlife viewing.

A Scenic Highland Journey From Ndutu to Ngorongoro Highlands

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in the Ndutu area, then continue in the afternoon to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a massive volcanic caldera, about 610 meters deep and covering 304 sq km, with an estimated 25,000 animals. Proceed to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

The Magnificent Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, transfer directly to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport.
