After breakfast, drive to Materuni Village on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided walk through green farmland and local village scenery to reach Materuni Waterfall, one of the area’s most beautiful natural highlights. After the hike, take part in a traditional Chagga coffee-making experience learning how coffee is grown, roasted, and prepared locally. Return to Arusha in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Duluti, a peaceful volcanic crater lake surrounded by dense natural forest. Enjoy canoeing and gentle nature walks while spotting birds such as fish eagles, kingfishers, grey herons, and cormorants, plus forest wildlife like blue monkeys. Later, continue to the Meru Forest area for lunch and additional light activities before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game drive at Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch boxes. Tarangire is famous for large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and a beautiful mix of savannah, seasonal swamps, and river habitats. Expect sightings of giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and—depending on the day—lions or leopards. After the game drive, transfer to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

You may see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, zebra, wildebeest, and—if lucky—the rare black rhino, plus abundant birdlife including flamingos and raptors. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the area. In the late afternoon, transfer directly to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure (or drop-off in Arusha on request).
