Day 3

The day begins with an early morning exploration of the park’s vast savannah where the cool air carries the sounds of wildlife awakening. You traverse tracks that reveal elephants moving gracefully, giraffes feeding among acacia trees, and predators like lions or leopards hidden in the tall grass. The drive offers a chance to witness the raw beauty of the ecosystem as antelopes and warthogs dart across the plains. Later in the day the adventure shifts to the Nile where a boat cruise takes you upstream toward the base of Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks hippos wallow, crocodiles bask, and countless bird species fill the skies, creating a vibrant spectacle of life. The approach to the falls is dramatic as the river narrows and the thunderous roar grows louder, culminating in breathtaking views of water crashing through the gorge. Day 4

Begin with chimpanzee tracking in Budongo Forest, where guests will explore the lush habitat and experience the thrill of observing these primates in their natural environment. Afterwards, the adventure continues with an early morning game drive across the savannah to search for predators and other early risers such as lions, hyenas, giraffes, hartebeests, buffalos, elephants, and a variety of bird species. A packed breakfast will be enjoyed in the bush during the drive, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Later, guests embark on a boat cruise along the river or lake, offering opportunities to spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants near the water, and diverse birdlife including kingfishers and fish eagles. After the cruise, lunch is served at the lodge, followed by rhino tracking to complete the wildlife encounters.
The journey then continues back to Kampala or Entebbe.
