Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up early in the morning from your hotel in Nairobi or a designated meeting point and depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey takes you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with a short stop at a viewpoint for photos, before continuing through Narok town.
Arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your budget tented camp. After some rest, head out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve, where you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and big cats such as lions and cheetahs roaming the open savannah.
Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-day wildlife safari in Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Spend the day exploring the vast savannah plains, riverine areas, and wildlife-rich regions of the park in search of the Big Five and other animals such as cheetahs, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and a wide variety of birdlife.
A packed picnic lunch will be served inside the reserve, allowing you to maximize time for wildlife viewing. In the afternoon, continue with game drives across different parts of the Mara, including areas around the Mara River where hippos and crocodiles are often seen.
Later in the evening, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the camp and depart the Masai Mara. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged in the morning (at an extra cost), offering a chance to learn about the Maasai culture, traditions, and way of life before continuing the journey.
Drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park, enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. Arrive in Nakuru in time for lunch, then proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park. Lake Nakuru is famous for its black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife, including flamingos (seasonal).

This is a great time to spot wildlife while animals are most active, including rhinos, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and a variety of bird species around the lake shores or you can decide an optional boat ride in lake Naivasha at an extra cost
After the game drive, exit the park and begin the drive back to Nairobi, enjoying scenic views of the Great Rift Valley along the way. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or a designated drop-off point, marking the end of the safari.
