Day 1

Zanzibar – Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Zanzibar – Arusha – Tarangire National Park

On the first day, you will be transferred from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport for your morning flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will meet your safari guide and depart directly to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, Tarangire offers an excellent introduction to Tanzania’s safari experience. You will enjoy an extensive game drive through the park with a picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, you will exit Tarangire and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart Tarangire and travel toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Highlands. As you enter the Serengeti, the terrain opens into vast savannahs stretching as far as the eye can see. An en-route game drive allows you to spot wildlife as you make your way deeper into the park. You will continue with game viewing in the afternoon before heading to your camp inside the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

The third day begins with an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, offering excellent chances to see predators during their active hours. After breakfast, you will continue with a final game drive before departing the Serengeti and heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon and descend into the crater for a game drive. The crater floor is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and the rare black rhino. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
